The Export HTML feature allows you to download the current HTML file of any email design directly from the Ascent360 Email Sending Platform (ESP).
Overview
The Export HTML feature is available in two locations within the platform. When triggered, your browser will immediately download the HTML file for the selected design. A green toast notification will confirm the successful export with the message: "Successfully exported HTML".
Exporting HTML from the Email Designer
You can export the HTML of a design while actively viewing or editing it within the email designer.
- Open the desired email design in the Email Designer.
- Click the Actions menu at the top of the editor.
- Select Export HTML from the dropdown menu.
- The HTML file will automatically download to your browser's default download location.
- A green toast message will appear confirming: "Successfully exported HTML".
Exporting HTML from the All Designs Page
You can also export the HTML of any design directly from the All Designs (Design Library) listing page without opening the design first.
- Navigate to All Designs from the main navigation.
- Locate the design you would like to export.
- Hover over or select the design to reveal the three-dot (ellipsis) menu.
- Click the three-dot menu and select Export HTML.
- The HTML file will automatically download to your browser's default download location.
- A green toast message will appear confirming: "Successfully exported HTML".

- Yes. The Export HTML option is available for any design accessible to you in the Email Designer or on the All Designs page.
Where is the file saved?
- The file downloads to your browser's default download folder, just like any other file download.
