With Ascent360's outbound integration with LiveRamp, you can send custom audiences into LiveRamp to push into other channels. This setup does come with a small fee, but allows you to leverage the power of LiveRamp without manually moving data around.
This integration is SFTP-based, so we'll need the following information from you to get started:
- LiveRamp SFTP URL (exact folder location)
- Username
- Password
- Port number
NOTE: You will need to contact LiveRamp support to obtain the above information. This cannot be obtained without their assistance.
We'll also need a statement of work signed to perform this work, and you can expect a 1-3 week turnaround time (depending on our developers' queues).
Once completed, we'll work with you to test the exports to ensure the file exports land successfully in LiveRamp.
