What is the Send When Data Is Available Option?
All transactions and customer data are updated overnight in your database. Depending on the amount of data there is to update, your database can be updated a different time each morning. The ‘send when data is available’ option allows you to schedule a campaign for a one time send or recurring send and only send once your database is updated for the day.

What is an example use case for using this?
A common use case for this option is if you want to communicate with customers that purchased yesterday. You will only have this information once your database has completed updating.
Do I still use a send time with the ‘send when data is available’ option?
Yes, still schedule your email or campaign for the earliest time you want it to send or export. It will start trying to run at that time and will check to make sure the data is updated before completing the send or export. If data is not updated, it will continually check and send/export as soon as the data is completely updated.
Can this option be used when sending immediately or only scheduling?
This option is only available for scheduled sends. These can be one-time scheduled sends or recurring schedules.
